Use of the Activity
The Activity is provided for personal, non-commercial enjoyment. You may not copy, redistribute, or repackage the Activity, its balloons, sounds, or underlying code without written permission from Project Research LLC. You may not use automated means — including scraping, data mining, or using the Activity's code, artwork, or audio to train, fine-tune, or evaluate an AI or machine-learning model — without written permission from Project Research LLC.
AI Governance
Some of the Activity's code, written content, and a small number of its balloon graphics were created with the assistance of AI tools, each reviewed by a person before publication. See the AI Governance & Disclosure section of the Privacy Policy for the full disclosure. The Activity itself does not use AI to interact with, profile, or make decisions about you, and no personal data is ever provided to an AI system in connection with the Activity. AI-assisted elements are covered by the same “as is” disclaimer as the rest of the Activity, below.
No Warranty
The Activity is provided “as is,” without warranty of any kind, express or implied. Project Research LLC makes no guarantee that the Activity will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at all times, particularly during this beta period.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Project Research LLC shall not be liable for any damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Activity.
Changes
These terms may be updated as the Activity evolves from this beta web release toward standalone iOS and Android apps. Continued use after changes means you accept the revised terms.
